Driving:
Garland is located just off of Highway 10 between Dauphin and Swan River.
Train:
There is a train to Dauphin on Sundays and Tuesdays. You are welcome to come early and help set up the festival. We can pick you up in Dauphin. Please email us at hello@kupalofest.ca to make arrangements.
